Eating Disorder Support Groups

Support groups can help tremendously when someone is suffering with an eating disorder, because it allows them to share what they are feeling and thinking in a safe, non-threatening environment where they will not be judged for having an eating disorder.

Highschool and College Support Group

This group is available to all high schoolers and college ages struggling with an eating disorder or body image. This group is designed to be a safe place to build community and friendships. This group includes meal outings to get to know each other and have fun as well as education and support sessions to talk about the struggles of recovery.

We will meet once a week on Thursdays at 4:00 pm

Group runs for about 1 hour

Cost is 50$ per month (will be collected at the start of every 4 weeks)

Adult Support Group

This group is available to all members of the community, our hope is that this is a place that adults of all ages and recovery levels. We desire this to be a place that those who are new on their recovery journey can have a safe place to ask questions and individuals who are farther in their journey can encourage others by sharing experiences

We will meet once a week on Thursdays at 5:30pm

Group runs for about 1 hour

Cost is 50$ per month (will be collected at the start of every 4 weeks)
